One of the nicest things about attending a luxury rehab is the fact that you can add a new repertoire of healthy recipes from rehab to your diet. You have a personal chef that is going to be making nearly all of your meals, and they are going to cater those meals to not only your preferences, but also your personal needs. Having a chef who knows the benefits of each food that you eat is a huge perk, and it allows you to be able to heal while adding new recipes to your regular diet.

Rehab is not the only place where healthy recipes are going to come in handy. Yes, it is important to make sure you are eating well while going through rehab, but you cannot negate how important it is to keep up with the healthy recipes from rehab once you go home. Your body is needing as much help as you can offer it when you are recovering from an addiction. You need to be able to take the time to give it the fuel it needs to keep going, plus the missing building blocks of nutrients that have gone missing since you started using.

If you are not eating some of those healthy recipes from rehab, or making up your own with the same basic ingredients, then your body is going to fill in those blanks with whatever you feed it. If you feed it unhealthy foods, then your ability to heal is going to decrease, and you are going to end up with those blanks being filled in with junk.
